"I've said this before, but I'm going to say it again. The service that I get from Hosting UK is second to none. Over the years I have dealt with many companies, so I have quite a bit of experience in the support field! Your team manages to combine polite (no, better than that - friendly) and very efficient support which always gets the right solution. Of course (and which hosting company wouldn't in this world where you are dependent to a great extent on material placed on your machines by your customers), from time to time, we have outages, but they are relatively few and far between and they occur less often nowadays. I don't know how you stack up with the other fish in the pond as far as percentage downtime is concerned, but I am sure that that there are some very poor performers out there. I am delighted with the service that I get from Hosting UK and am always the first to tell others about your offerings. Keep up the good work" |
